Shipping Policy
We offer worldwide shipping for our organic nuts with a minimum order requirement of 250 kg. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via reputable carriers. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, but typically range from 7-14 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will send you a sample of your orders for approval before we ship the full order. Once the sample is approved, we will proceed with the shipment. Customers cannot return products if the delivered goods match the approved samples. The return policy is only applicable if the delivered product does not match the approved samples or if the product is damaged before being handed over to the customer. To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return.
